Chris Tarase, Vice President of Infrastructure Management Services, leads Inframark Management Services since 2016. He comes from over 20+ years of experience generating continual revenue expansion through detailed analysis of core business advantages. His strong background in management helps to support and lead a team of over 250+ employees, 9 senior managers, and 250+ clients throughout Texas and Florida.
He is responsible for business development and driving key account relationships. In addition to providing and implementing strategic financial review and implementation of hiring and accountability measures. He is a graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Business Management.
Bob Koncar, General Manager, combines 25 plus years of local government management experience with 12 years of private sector services background. Bob has served as the chief executive officer for three different local government organizations and is currently the General Manager for Inframark Infrastructure Management Services. Bob has a strong background in organization development, personnel management, customer service, financial analysis and budget development and implementation. He has a master’s degree in Public Administration.
Stephen Bloom, Finance Director, leads the Finance Department and is responsible for coordinating banking and investment services and assisting auditors in issue resolution. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in finance and management and has more than 10 years of accounting and finance experience with a background that includes managing financial services provided to multiple municipal and corporate organizations.
Kelly Reznicek, Director of Property Management, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day managing and coordinating of the operations team including Community Managers, Assistant Managers and Admins who manage Association operations and administrative functions. The Director provides on-going support and oversight to the operations team, including board and annual meeting attendance, client responsiveness and board follow up, prompt invoice processing, budget preparation, on-going training, community inspections along with other support as needed.
Mrs. Reznicek has proudly served the HOA industry for over 20 years in all capacities including Administrative Assistant, Assistant Manager, Community Manager, Vice President and now Director. Her specialties include client retention and association communications. She continues her HOA education through CAI continuing education courses, real estate courses and is currently working to obtain her PCAM designation.
Myla Moon, Director of Business Development, has overall responsibility for facilitating business development and building partnerships. She thrives in the aspect of helping communities achieve their goals by aligning our company’s professional services and creative solutions, being supported by Inframark’s sound and best practices to meet the needs of the clients we serve.
Myla holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) certifications, and the highly esteemed Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation. She holds a BA, and Associates in Computer Science, Business Emphasis. Her management background includes development and setup of Associations, portfolio and onsite management, as well as oversight of all areas of association management.
Angel Montagna, Regional District Manager of Central Florida, leads the divisions of Central Florida in District Management, Field Services, and Administration. She brings a wealth of of local government management experience having been a District Manager for 8 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science with a major in Marketing and Advertising, and minor in Business Law & Corporate Governance.
Andy Mendenhall, Regional District Manager of West Florida, leads the team in Tampa in District Management. His 16 years of District Management experience has made him a strong leader and knowledgeable expert in the area of local governance and special districts. He graduated with a Bachelors in Business and a Masters in Management.
Sarah Hudson, Operations Manager, comes from over 16 years of experience with Inframark having started as an Administrative Assistant and growing into a Community Association Manager. As the Operations Manager she provides operational support and oversight to the Houston Maintenance Division, Architectural and Amenity Access departments, and the Administrative Support team.
Her combined experience as an account manager, analyst, trainer, and project manager allows her to analyze an existing problem, seek out possible solutions, prepare and present proposals with cost-benefit analyses, and manage the project life cycle through close-out and implementation.
Melissa Hargrove, Director of On-Site Management, has been with Inframark for nearly 20 years, and supports all communities with on-site management including a prestigious master planned community in Cypress, Texas. Her interest in the HOA management industry grew quickly with her taking on a mixed portfolio with condominiums, residential, and developing communities.
She has been an ongoing member of CAI and in 2006 she acquired her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), in 2009 the Association Management Specialist (AMS), and in 2015 she completed CAI’s Professional Management Development Program earning her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.
Katie Ivanics, Director of Community Management, is highly knowledgeable in Association Management having started managing of 12 condos & HOA’s 7 years ago. She brings over 15 years of customer service and 8 years of property management experience. Her background includes luxury high rises, large scale communities, single family, and condo community management.
Her knowledge in Association Management allows her to provide high-quality team leadership, but also training for Board members and staff alike. Her demonstrated knowledge in key areas of community management, includes enforcing governing documents/guidelines for properties, conducting/attending Board meetings, financials/budgeting, reserves, property maintenance, legal issues, insurance renewals, budgets, reserves, developing RFPs for bidding, assessments/collections, and working with Board’s on developing resolutions/policies.
Brian Lamb, Director of Developer Services, has garnered over 20 years of experience within banking, special districts, community management and municipal finance. He previously severed as a veteran which led him to his goal of working with communities to provide exemplary service to homeowners and residents alike. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Meritus Communities, which later joined the Inframark family in 2021.
His diverse and balanced experience has allowed him to effectively coordinate an office comprising of many experienced associates with varied professional disciplines and educational backgrounds. Among the services provided, Brian has personally overseen the establishment of a number of communities, bond restructuring agreements, accounting and finance functions, District Management, the resolution of compliance issues, municipal investment consultations, developments and construction of energy efficient, and sustainable homes.
Eric Davidson, Tampa Regional Manager, brings over 20 years of experience in construction and development services. Eric has served in the United States Army and then later found his way to joining the Inframark family. Eric has experience with developments in Florida, Arizona, Alabama, and multiple states in the Northeast. This experience has given Eric valuable insight in a variety of areas including residential construction, manufactured home installation, capital infrastructure projects, site management and development, project management, estimating, and building codes and regulations.
Eric completed the Florida General Contactor Exam, has a Florida Certified Builder Contractor License, and a number of Pulte Certifications. Eric is continually working on expanding his knowledge and has been a member of the International Code Council since 2009 and is a recipient of the Golden Hammer Award from the Home Builders Association of Florida.
