Severn Trent – North America’s Bill Malarkey to Present at U.S. Conference of Mayors Water Council Meeting
Horsham, Pa. – 12 April 2017 Bill Malarkey, Senior Vice President, Strategy & Market Development of Severn Trent – North America, will participate in the United States Conference of Mayors Water Council Spring meeting in Santa Barbara, Calif., on April 13 and 14.
On April 14, Mr. Malarkey will present on the topic, “Design-Build-Operate Success in Islamorada, Florida,” together with Wesley Self, Vice President –Alternative Delivery for Layne, one of Severn Trent’s Design-Build-Operate partners on that project.
The Mayors Water Council (MWC) was created to assist local governments in providing high-quality water resources in a cost effective manner. The MWC provides a forum for local governments to share information on water technology, management methods, operational experience, and financing of infrastructure development. It also supports local governments in exploring public-private partnership approaches, as well as alternative methods of financing water infrastructure development.
