Severn Trent – North America Renews Contract to Continue Providing Operations and Maintenance Services for St. Lucie County
Horsham, Pa. – 18 May 2017 Severn Trent – North America is pleased to announce that it has successfully secured a five-year contract extension with St. Lucie County for the full-scale comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) of the County’s water, wastewater and reclaimed water systems.
The contract, which is in excess of $7.5 million, includes full responsibility for all aspects of O&M for the County’s facilities including 24/7 operation, meeting all licensing requirements, and ensuring consistent and sustained services in a cost-effective manner. Severn Trent has been delivering these services to the County since 2007, working with County staff to provide safe, reliable, and environmentally sound water, wastewater, and reclaimed water service to customers at a fair and reasonable cost with the best customer experience possible.
