LATE FEES AND PENALTIES

  • Interest penalty 18% per annum assessed on payments not received by January 31, 2021
  • If a delinquent letter is issued due to delinquency, you may be subject to a delinquent letter fee
  • Payment must be received in our office or posted to your account by the late date to avoid incurring additional fees
  • For online payments, it may take up to three business days to credit your association account, so payments should be submitted at least three business days prior to the due date.
