LATE FEES AND PENALTIES

  • Interest penalty 18% per annum assessed on payments not received by January 31st
  • If a delinquent letter is issued due to delinquency, you may be subject to a delinquent letter fee
  • Payment must be received in our office or posted to your account by the late date to avoid incurring additional fees
  • For online payments, it may take up to three business days to credit your association account, so payments should be submitted at least three business days prior to the due date.

CONSIDERING EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS?

Any change to the exterior of your home (landscaping, painting, fencing, alterations, etc.) requires approval from the Architectural Control Committee. Please follow the link below to submit an application for consideration of your proposed exterior improvement.

APPLICATION FORMS

A $25 application fee is required for all submittals. Please submit payment in the form of check or money order made payable to Savannah Estates Homeowners Association, Inc.
