In accordance with Article V of the Declaration of Restrictions for Indian Lakes, no dwelling shall be commenced, erected, installed or maintained upon a lot, nor shall any exterior addition, change or alteration be made, unless and until the plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, weight, materials, color and location of same shall have been submitted to and approved by the Association, in writing, as to the harmony or external design and location in relation to the other lots and dwellings in the subdivision.
The Association delegates the authority to review such requests to the Architectural Control Committee comprised of three members.
The Architectural Control Committee has twenty-one (21) days from the date the application is received to review and provide a written response regarding your request.
