LATE FEES AND PENALTIES

  • Interest penalty 18% per annum assessed on payments not received by February 1, 2021
  • If a delinquent letter is issued due to delinquency, you may be subject to a delinquent letter fee
  • Payment must be received in our office or posted to your account by the late date to avoid incurring additional fees
  • For online payments, it may take up to three business days to credit your association account, so payments should be submitted at least three business days prior to the due date.

CONSIDERING EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS?

Any change to the exterior of your home (landscaping, painting, fencing, alterations, etc.) requires approval from the Architectural Control Committee. Please follow the link below to submit an application for consideration of your proposed exterior improvement.

APPLICATION FEES

  • TIER I [Landscaping improvements / flag poles / storm doors) $25.00
  • TIER II [Removable structures] $75.00
  • TIER III [Permanent structures / Room additions / sun rooms] $125.00
  • TIER IV [Home rebuild / reconstructions] $225.00
  • REFUNDABLE PROJECT DEPOSIT [Swimming Pool Applications] $1,000.00

Applications are reviewed within thirty (30) days of receiving a complete application. Inframark offers an expedited review service:

  • Up to TEN (10) business days from receipt of complete application $100.00
  • Up to FIVE (5) business days from receipt of complete application $200.00

Application fees, deposits, and applicable rush fees must be payable in check or money order to Brookshire Crystal Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. and mailed to 2002 W Grand Parkway N Ste 100, Katy, TX 77449
