LATE FEES AND PENALTIES

  • Interest penalty 18% per annum assessed on payments not received by January 31, 2021
  • If a delinquent letter is issued due to delinquency, you may be subject to a delinquent letter fee
  • Payment must be received in our office or posted to your account by the late date to avoid incurring additional fees
  • For online payments, it may take up to three business days to credit your association account, so payments should be submitted at least three business days prior to the due date.

CONSIDERING EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS?

The Crown Ranch Architectural Control Committee (ACC) has been established to review, evaluate, and approve all plans and specifications for all proposed construction within the subdivision. All exterior improvements, alterations, demolition, or cleaning of any character require approval from the ACC prior to commencement of the project. 

Crown Ranch POA offers different applications based on the type of improvement. Please select the appropriate application below. Each application has required submittal fees and deposits. All fees must be made payable to Crown Ranch Property Owners Association and mailed with the completed application to:

A decision on the project will be returned as quickly as possible – usually within 30 days. It is important to include all documents that are requested on page two of the application form. Approval is based upon the request, plans, and specifications submitted for architectural review. The following documents below have been prepared to assist with your project submittal. The Association has no authority to approve any improvement within an easement or which is in violation of any building set-back line. 

Once your project has been approved, there will be several inspections that must be completed prior to starting, during construction, and before final acceptance. Those inspection forms have been included below in order that you may not only evaluate your own project to determine its readiness, but also that you will know the areas where the inspector will place the greatest emphasis.
