Community Management Division Expands Footprint into Arizona
Katy, Texas, April 10, 2023 ─ Inframark is pleased to announce that The Howard Hughes Corporation (HHC) has selected them to manage Teravalis, a new large-scale master-planned community in Buckeye, Arizona. Teravalis, meaning “land of the valley,” is surrounded by the White Tank and Belmont Mountain ranges situated along Sun Valley Parkway and is expected to be home to more than 300k residents with 100k planned homesites.
Inframark has partnered with The Howard Hughes Corporation for over 16 years to provide professional association management in several Texas-based communities. This long-standing relationship includes managing their award-winning master-planned communities, such as Bridgeland in Cypress, TX, The Woodlands Hills in Willis, TX, and Aria Isle in The Woodlands, TX. This partnership will continue as Inframark expands to the Phoenix, AZ, market and continues to work closely with Howard Hughes, a company committed to developing masterfully designed, sustainable communities nationwide.
